    Sears repair shop in Guaynabo gives out phone numbers for customers to call; unfortunately no one picks up. Despite how hard we try to reach them, no luck. Definitely not the type of support & service we deserve. Too bad.

    Doeas anybody works here in Guyanabo? I have been calling and calling Tel: (787) 287-3800 / (787) 287-3860 and after ringing several times it gets disconnected. No one answer.

    I have been waiting for a repair on my fridge for the past 3 weeks. The technician did not explain that the part damaged was going to be sent to me. UPS does not deliver to my area. It was sent back without notice and I am still waiting for the part to arrive. I call the numbers provided for the Sears Repair Center in Guaynabo and the system transfers the call. No one picks up. What is wrong Sears? You used to be reliable. How long more should I have to be without a fridge having paid a service repair contract at time of purchase. Really sad... But get on your horse and make this happen.

    I use to work there as an temp employee tech # 005157 and after allways meeting my quota of 10 to 15 units in 8 hours i was not give a proper evaluation and was not hired as a permanent employee Its a shame that its all about who you know more then what you know .. Now they send me letters saying to go back? Well hell no its my proper anwers
